Alessja Furra
Alessja Furra is a HR administrator at Oracle Solicitors in Albania.
Her role includes the attraction, selection and development of solicitors, other fee earners and business support staff. She helps develop internal skills in recruiting and management whilst furthering employee skills, competencies and development.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Shkoder "Luigj Gurakuqi" along with a master's degree in Clinical Psychology.
Currently, she is studying an online master’s degree from Bianco Lavoro Euspert in Human Resources.
Alessja is highly experienced in HR management. Further, she was selected in a previous role to represent her company at the Çalık Holding event, "40 years of Calik Group", in Belek, Turkey.
Alessja’s native language is Albanian but she also speak fluently Italian and English language.
