Eva Tafciu

Eva is a highly skilled legal professional who currently serves as a valuable member of the Aviation Department at Oracle Solicitors, based in Tirana, Albania. Eva is a dedicated legal practitioner with extensive experience in the field of law, particularly in Aviation Law and Civil Law.

Eva's legal education commenced at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, where she successfully completed her Bachelor's degree in Law. Following her graduation, Eva secured an internship at a leading law firm in Tirana, where she honed her legal skills by creating educational legal videos and assisting in the preparation of legal claims.

Eva's passion for the legal profession motivated her to pursue further education, leading her to earn a Master's degree in Civil Law from the University of Tirana. During her master's studies, she began working as a legal practitioner at a law firm in Tirana, ultimately being appointed as the firm's legal administrator. In this role, Eva represented the company in the Tirana District Court, gaining invaluable experience in civil law, litigation processes, claim drafting and defense statements, drafting various legal agreements, and debt collection.

Eva's outstanding track record in the legal field recently earned her the title of "Lawyer" from the Albanian Chamber of Advocates. Her tireless work ethic, proactive approach, and exceptional communication skills have established her as a trustworthy and dependable legal professional. In addition to her extensive legal experience, Eva is a co-author of the article "Transparency in Investment Treaty Arbitration: The Mauritius Convention and Why It Should Be Ratified in Albania," which was supported by GIZ in collaboration with the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana.

Eva is fluent in English and is also proficient in Italian, allowing her to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients.
