Franci Dema
Franci is an accomplished IT Engineer with a demonstrated 8+ years of working experience in the information technology industry. He is skilled in network & system administration in windows and linux operating systems .
Franci’s role is to maintain, support and administer the internal and cloud based IT infrastructure. He manages the Global IT Service Desk, ensuring that all tickets are handled effectively. He works closely with other departments across the group to maintain system uptime. Further he monitors and audits the health and availability of the systems.
Franci also provides training for new applications and services. Supports the rollout. Further, he tests and evaluates new technologies both hardware and software.
Franci has a Master of Sciences in Information Technology and LPIC-1 certification from Linux Professional Institute in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
